YokeBot Cloud uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are consumed when agents perform heartbeats, generate media, query knowledge bases, and use other compute-intensive features.
Every new team receives 1,250 free starter credits to explore YokeBot before committing to a plan. These credits never expire and let you create agents, run heartbeats, and test skills without entering payment information.
YokeBot Cloud offers three subscription tiers. All plans include 24/7 agent availability.

Every team receives a base allocation of credits at the start of each billing cycle. These credits are use-it-or-lose-it — any unused base credits expire when the cycle resets.

Different operations consume different amounts of credits. Here are approximate costs:

Actual costs vary based on the model used, input/output token counts, image resolution, video duration, and other parameters. You can see exact per-model costs on the Settings > Models page.
The Billing page shows:
You can set a warning threshold in Settings > Notifications. When your total credits (base + packs) fall below this threshold, you will receive a notification via your configured channels. Agents continue to operate until credits reach zero, at which point they pause automatically.
