What Are Production Workflows?

Production Workflows are pre-built, multi-step pipelines that chain together agent tools, human review gates, and media generation into end-to-end creative production processes. Unlike approval workflows (which add a single review step), production workflows orchestrate entire projects from brief to final delivery.

Built-in Workflows

YokeBot ships with two production workflows, automatically created for every new team:

Rapid Image Ads (10 steps)

A complete pipeline for creating ad creative from a brief, powered by Nano Banana 2 (generation) and FireRed (editing):

  1. Ad Brief — Define the campaign objective, target audience, and visual direction.
  2. Upload Style References — Attach existing brand assets or inspiration images.
  3. Generate Hero Image — Agent generates the primary ad visual using style references.
  4. Review Hero Image — Human reviews and approves or requests revisions.
  5. Format Variations — Agent creates size variants (square, landscape, story).
  6. Review Variations — Human reviews all format variants.
  7. Text Correction — Agent applies text overlays and adjustments via FireRed editing.
  8. Final Review — Human gives final approval on all deliverables.
  9. Export — Agent exports all approved assets to workspace files.
  10. Campaign Notes — Agent generates a summary with asset list and campaign metadata.

Video Production Pipeline (14 steps)

A full content-to-video pipeline, powered by Nano Banana 2 (images), FireRed (editing), and Kling 3.0 (video):

  1. Content Brief — Define the video concept, tone, and target length.
  2. Script Draft — Agent writes the video script with scene breakdowns.
  3. Script Review — Human approves the script or requests changes.
  4. Upload Style References — Attach visual references for consistent branding.
  5. Draft Image Prompts — Agent creates detailed prompts for each scene.
  6. Generate Images — Agent generates scene images with Nano Banana 2 + style refs.
  7. Image Review — Human reviews generated scene images.
  8. Image Editing — Agent refines images using FireRed based on feedback.
  9. AI Video — Agent generates video clips from approved images using Kling 3.0.
  10. Video Review — Human reviews video clips.
  11. Music & SFX — Agent generates background music and sound effects.
  12. Audio Review — Human approves audio tracks.
  13. Final Assembly — Agent assembles all assets into the workspace.
  14. Final Review — Human gives final sign-off on the complete video project.

How Workflows Execute

Each workflow step has a type that determines how it runs:

Workflow progress is visible in the Workspace. Each step shows its status (pending, in_progress, completed, or blocked) and any outputs produced.

Creating Custom Workflows

You can create custom workflows from the Workflows page in the dashboard. Define steps, assign step types, and specify which agent tools each step should use. Custom workflows are saved to your team and can be reused across projects.
